The Conference on the Sciences of Electronics, Technologies of Information and Telecommunications will be held jointly in Trois-Rivières -Canada anf Hammamet–Tunisia in October 21-23, 2019. It covers all topics in the fields of information and communication technologies and related sciences. It aims to bring together researchers and developers from both academia and industry to report on the latest scientific and theoretical advances in their respective areas, fostering a cross-disciplinary dissemination that would be otherwise made difficult by the extreme specialization of each field.
In today’s information-centered world, the relevance of hardware, software, telecommunications cannot be overestimated; even fields traditionally involved only marginally, like factory automation and production engineering, are currently discovering the value of data and information, with such trends as the Industry 4.0 or the exponential growth of machine learning and AI, and with all the consequent technological developments that are needed to support them.
The Conference encourages submission of both theoretical advances and interesting applications, with special emphasis on (but not limited to) interdisciplinary works at the intersection of two or more of the covered areas.
The previous conference (SETIT 2018) received more than 1000 papers and posters among which 350 were accepted. Authors were from more than 40 countries. the 89 Papers selected for oral sessions and presented was submitted for publication by Springer in a book of the Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies Serie SIST/
Publisher and Sponsors
The proceedings will be submitted for Publication by Springer (Approval pending) in a book of prestigious LNCS series(indexed by ISI CPCI-S, included in ISI Web of Science, EI, ACM Digital Library, dblp, Google Scholar, Scopus, etc.), and will be available in the SpringerLink Digital Library. Extended versions of best selected papers will be published in journals indexed by ISI/SCIPS: All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fees.
The scientific program will include some invited talks and tutorials, as well as contributed papers that will be presented in oral or poster sessions.

Financial support
The SETIT 2019 allocates a financial suppot amounting up to 200 Euros to participantsts residing in poor or developing countries and not supported by their universities.
This financial suppoty is givin to help them to attend the conference.
